We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Business Analyst to support Odoo / ERP systems implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ Business Analyst experience, preferably within Odoo, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation environments. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, engage confidently with stakeholders, gather detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specification documentation.
This is a hybrid / remote role, with on-site work required as needed based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.
Document current-state and future-state business processes.
Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, technical specification inputs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and UAT documentation.
Work closely with Odoo / ERP consultants, developers, project managers, and business users.
Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support solution design, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
Assist with data migration, integration, reporting, workflow, and system enhancement requirements.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and operational requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in Odoo, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation.
Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and process-mapping skills.
Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical specifications.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Advantageous
Odoo implementation experience.
Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR, Operations, Project Management, eCommerce, Point of Sale, or Accounting.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Exposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, workflow, or change management.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Odoo Studio, or similar.
Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or IIBA would be advantageous.
