We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Business Analyst to support Odoo / ERP systems implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ Business Analyst experience, preferably within Odoo, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation environments. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, engage confidently with stakeholders, gather detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specification documentation.

This is a hybrid / remote role, with on-site work required as needed based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.

• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-mapping sessions.

• Document current-state and future-state business processes.

• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, technical specification inputs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and UAT documentation.

• Work closely with Odoo / ERP consultants, developers, project managers, and business users.

• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Support solution design, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

• Assist with data migration, integration, reporting, workflow, and system enhancement requirements.

• Ensure solutions meet business objectives and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in Odoo, ERP, or enterprise systems implementation.

• Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and process-mapping skills.

• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting technical specifications.

• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Advantageous

• Odoo implementation experience.

• Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR, Operations, Project Management, eCommerce, Point of Sale, or Accounting.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Exposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, workflow, or change management.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Odoo Studio, or similar.

• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or IIBA would be advantageous.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to support Odoo / ERP implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, combined with practical experience working with ERP or finance systems. This is not only a traditional finance role — we are looking for someone who understands how accounting processes are implemented, configured, tested, and supported within business systems.

Experience with Odoo Accounting / Finance modules will be highly advantageous.

The role will involve remote work, with on-site engagement required when needed based on project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse finance and accounting requirements.

• Support finance process design for Odoo / ERP implementations.

• Work closely with finance users, business analysts, developers, project managers, and implementation teams.

• Assist with finance module configuration, validation, testing, and go-live support.

• Support areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, VAT, banking, fixed assets, inventory accounting, procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, and financial reporting.

• Assist with data migration, reconciliations, financial controls, and reporting requirements.

• Prepare process documentation, test scenarios, UAT scripts, training input, and finance-related specifications.

• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve finance system issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, ERP systems, or finance systems implementation.

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.

• ERP experience, preferably Odoo.

• Experience with finance modules, reporting, reconciliations, VAT, banking, invoicing, payments, and month-end processes.

• Ability to translate finance requirements into system requirements.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid / remote environment, with on-site work when required.

Advantageous

• Odoo Accounting / Finance implementation experience.

• Experience with ERP data migration and finance master data.

• Experience with inventory accounting, costing, procurement, sales, or operational finance.

• Experience with financial reporting tools, dashboards, Excel, or Power BI.
